Accessibility statement

Usable to every reader.

Libre Space Foundation is committed to making libre.space accessible in line with the Web Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), where applicable.

Conformance status

This site is designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA and EN 301 549 v3.2.1. Conformance is verified automatically on every merge via pa11y-ci against a representative cross-section of pages (home, about, projects index + detail, missions, news, contact, donate, shop); a regression with severity "serious" or higher fails the CI pipeline and blocks the deploy.

Known non-accessible content

No content on the site is known to fail WCAG 2.1 AA. If you encounter a barrier we’ve missed, email info@libre.space and we’ll address it and update this page.

Preparation of this statement

Prepared based on self-assessment against WCAG 2.1 AA, combining automated testing (pa11y-ci on a 9-URL representative sample) with manual keyboard-only walkthroughs. A third-party audit is planned before the donate / store flows accept real payments.

Feedback

If you hit a barrier on this site, email info@libre.space. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and respond substantively within thirty.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to:

  • Εθνική Αρχή Διαφάνειας (National Transparency Authority) — for complaints under the Web Accessibility Directive (aead.gr)
  • EETT (Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission) — for e-commerce accessibility under the European Accessibility Act (eett.gr)
